I’m Ed Mermolia. I work with home owners and buyers to get mortgage financing that works for them.
I've had more than 22 years of experience in mortgage lending. I have worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Sales Manager and have been an owner of a mortgage company. In addition, for more than seven years, I was the Sales Manager for a mortgage company and have assisted more than a thousand borrowers with their financing.
Over the years, I have learned that success is listening, having an upbeat attitude, and treating everyone with respect. My approach is to help people achieve their goals by giving them as many options as possible while educating them so they can make the best choices in their home mortgage options. My goal is to make the process a positive and memorable experience.
I have been privileged to help people in their best times and in some of the most stressful times in their lives. I have come to realize that there are many reasons borrowers seek a home mortgage. Sometimes, a growing family needs a larger home or a move from an apartment to their first home. Sometimes a client needs a mortgage due to a job move, divorce, or other challenging time in their lives. And sometimes, a client needs a listening ear and the patient attention of a knowledgeable mortgage broker to help them realize their dream of homeownership.
